Drive north along Highway 16, which turns into Tow Hill Road at the Delkatla Causeway intersection and keep driving north.

Continue north on the paved road and over the next 8 km or approximately 10 minutes: you'll pass the Masset Airport, the Dixon Entrance Golf Course and the Canadian Military’s communication circle (locals refer to it as the “elephant cage”), all on your left-hand side.

After a brief straight stretch you'll pass the "Welcome to Naikoon Provincial Park" sign. Continue over a little bridge crossing the Chown River, followed by a lefthand hairpin turn leading to a single-lane bridge crossing the Sangan River. The first road on the left, just past the Sangan Bridge will have a sign reading, “Limberlost Place.”

Proceed down Limberlost Place to the end of the Cul-de-Sac. The last lot on your right is Highwater House (Lot #1). A low, ranch-style fence surrounds the property and at the driveway gate you'll see a red & black sign, which reads "Sk'wa Kansgad Naay – Highwater House."
